The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) of the Republic of Korea will run an online training course for five days from October 18, 2021 to share its anti-corruption polices and experiences with other countries.

Since 2013, the ACRC has hosted this training course every year to help enhance the capacities of international anti-corruption practitioners in developing and implementing effective anti-corruption policies and measures.

With coronavirus infections soaring worldwide, the upcoming training course will be held as a real-time webinar, bringing together about 50 public officials from anti-corruption agencies of 25 countries.

The training course will cover Korea’s major anti-corruption policies including Corruption Risk Assessment and whistleblower protection and reward program, which have won international recognition as best practices in the anti-corruption field.

Anti-corruption agencies can nominate two applicants who are proficient in the English language to attend the webinar no later than Friday, September 17. Successful applicants will be notified individually by e-mail on Thursday, September 30.
