The ACRC operated a customized on-site outreach program in the afternoon on April 19, to provide consultation for grievances of soliders who were treated at the Armed Forces Capital Hospital, and their family members. The ACRC installed a consultation booth at the lobby in the 1st floor of the hospital, providing consultation for greivances and complaints, and promoting National Ombudsman. The commission also visited the rooms in person for soliders who were unable to move, to provide consultation.
