Delegation of Bhutan Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) including Mr. A Karma Rinzin and 4 public officials visited the ACRC for 2 day study program from April 26 to 27. They received detailed explanation on Complaint Handling, e-People system, Administrative Appeals system, and Institutional Improvement. They were expecially interested about how to categorize public complaints for corruption, civil petition for greviances, and administrative appeals. Their study visit was to understand the ACRC system which handles complaints separated from corruption reports and to use it as a reference when the ACC creates their own complaint handling system.
