Indonesian delegation of Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform visited the ACRC on November 13th. They were briefed on the e-People system, on-line government portal for complaints handling and policy proposals. The delegation also shared with the ACRC, their developing online integrated complaint handling system, called SP4N-LAPOR.
