On November 19, ACRC launched mobile Shinmungo Bus to reach out to citizens who have difficulties in visiting ACRC office or web-site to consult their complaints and address them. As the mobile Shinmungo bus is fully equipped with what is required for counseling complaints including independent counselling space, it is expected that the ACRC could further provide quality counselling service to complainants.
