On January 31, ACRC’s Complaint Outreach Bus traveled to a traditional market in Goesan-si, North Chungcheong Province, to consult complaints of merchants and residents there. ACRC’s Complaint Outreach Bus, with professional investigators onboard, is fully equipped to provide counselling services with local residents related to their complaints in daily lives such as administrative/ legal issues and welfare benefits.
