On April 30, at the Seoul Metropolitan Council, ACRC and the Seoul Metropolitan Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding to create integrity culture for local councils. The MoU concerns fighting corruption, creating a culture of anti-corruption and integrity, restoring trust from residents, conducting duties in a fair and transparent manner.
