Traveling Sinmoongo run by the ACRC is a mobile complaint consulting team for people living in remote areas, islands and small farming and fishing villages who have difficulty visiting the ACRC or accessing the Internet to file their complaints. For these people, a team of ACRC staff composed of professional investigators, experts and legal counselors visits local people to listen to their difficulties and resolve them.

For those complaints that can be handled on the spot, the Traveling Sinmoongo team makes complainants and administrative agencies concerned sign a written agreement in order to resolve the matter. For those complaints that require further investigation, the Traveling Sinmoongo team formally receives complaints for a close investigation and deliberation before handling them.

To take care of people"s difficulties caused by the current economic hardship, the ACRC plans to designate 3 regions every month and send Traveling Sinmoongo team to these regions.
